By accessing or using our website, services, merchant tools, AI chatbot, or any related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Overview of the Platform

Acorre is a multi-tenant AI-assisted e-commerce marketplace that allows:

  • Merchants to list, manage, and sell products
  • Buyers to discover and purchase products using an AI-powered interface
  • Users to interact with AI features for product recommendations, search, and general assistance

Acorre provides the technology layer, while merchants are responsible for their individual stores, product listings, and order fulfilment.

2. Eligibility

To use Acorre:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You must register an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and provide truthful business information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity performed under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Acorre is not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using the Acorre marketplace agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Manage inventory, shipping, and customer communication
  • Handle returns, refunds, and disputes in accordance with consumer protection laws
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal obligations, including tax responsibilities

Acorre is not the seller of merchant products and is not responsible for delivery, product quality, or merchant obligations.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

  • Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
  • Use the platform in good faith
  • Ensure the payment method used is valid and authorized

All purchases are contracts between the buyer and the specific merchant, not Acorre.

6. AI Features & Limitations

Acorre provides an AI-powered chatbot to help users discover products and receive recommendations. By using the AI assistant, you acknowledge that:

  • AI suggestions are informational only and should not be considered professional advice
  • AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • You are responsible for verifying all product information before making a purchase

Acorre is not liable for decisions based on AI responses.

7. Payments & Checkout

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Acorre does not store or process payment card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment provider’s terms as well.

8. Refunds & Returns

Refund and return policies are defined by each merchant, not by Acorre. You agree to review the merchant’s policy before purchasing. Acorre may assist with communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Attempt to bypass security, authentication, or API restrictions
  • Resell or misuse platform data
  • Interfere with site performance or automate interactions without permission

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

Acorre owns all rights, trademarks, logos, and platform technology. Merchants retain rights to their product content and materials they upload. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

11. Availability & Maintenance

Acorre may perform updates, maintenance, or upgrades without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

12. Privacy Policy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using Acorre, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

13. Limitation of Liability

Acorre is not liable for:

  • Merchant actions, product issues, or order fulfillment
  • Losses resulting from AI responses or recommendations
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Damages arising from third-party integrations or plugins

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
  • Abuse the platform or its features

Termination does not waive our right to seek damages.

15. Changes to Terms

Acorre may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
